Dr. Anton Löhmer

Dr Anton Löhmer has practised as a lawyer in Munich with a focus on inheritance law and tax-optimised succession planning and has been admitted as a Registered European lawyer in Liechtenstein since 2022. He has practical experience in classical litigation and the Liechtenstein trust sector.

Dr Löhmer’s professional focus is on the connection between Liechtenstein foundation law and German inheritance and tax law. He assists entrepreneurs and private clients with the drafting of their wills and measures for anticipated succession, with a particular focus on the Liechtenstein foundation as an instrument for succession planning, tax planning and asset protection. He also deals with the enforcement of and defence against forced heirship claims and legacies, cross-border inheritance cases and inheritance disputes, shareholder disputes and the representation of his clients before tax authorities and tax courts.

Dr Löhmer regularly publishes in German and Liechtenstein legal journals in the areas of inheritance and tax law.
